Fort Mifflin is the city of Philadelphia's only fort, an 18th-century structure where General Howe's rebels staved off British supply ships during the Revolutionary War. Today, the restored fort is a busy and popular tourist attraction, where visitors can take guided tours, observe uniform and weapons demonstrations, and watch historical reenactments. Fort Mifflin is located next to the Philadelphia International Airport.
